OVERFLOW VALVE The function of overflow valve is to allow passage for fuel from the filter, back to the fuel tank. This flow of fuel takes place only if the pressure inside the filter assembly exceeds a set pressure limit. Click here for Applications

HIGH PRESSURE PIPES The function of these pipes is to carry the fuel from the Fuel Injection Pump to the injector. The pipes are manufactured from high quality seamless tubes. The internal dia is uniformly maintained which is very important in maintaining the flow of fuel at correct pressure and volume. The material used is checked for its conformance to standards in our metallurgical lab. The forming and bending of these tubes is done using special purpose fixtures, were the bends are made to the correct radius and the forming is as per the standard. This ensures the correct seatince to standards in our metallurgical lab.
